Thank you for shopping with TattRak® — where function meets style for tattoo professionals. Below you'll find all the details about how and when your order ships.

**🧩 Made-to-Order Production Time**

All TattRak items are **3D printed to order**. Please allow **2–4 business days** for production before your item ships.

During peak seasons or large-volume drops, production may take up to **7 business days**. We appreciate your patience as we carefully produce your custom setup.

**📦 Shipping Methods & Rates**

We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and others depending on your region. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and service selected.

**Standard Delivery Estimates:**

- **United States:** 3–5 business days after fulfillment

**🌍 International Orders**

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges once the shipment reaches your country. These fees are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

By placing an international order, you agree to pay any and all customs or import fees required for delivery.

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs fees:

  • The order is not eligible for a refund
  • Any return shipping fees, brokerage charges, or carrier penalties incurred (including fees charged by carriers such as UPS) will be deducted from any potential refund, or may be billed to the customer

We are not responsible for delays, holds, or additional charges caused by customs.

 

Refusing a package does not cancel your financial responsibility for the order or any incurred shipping-related fees.

**📬 Tracking Information**

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Please allow up to **24 hours** for tracking to update after your label is created.

**⏱ Delays & Exceptions**

TattRak is not responsible for delays due to:
- Carrier disruptions
- Customs processing
- Weather or natural events

We do our best to ship on time, but once it leaves our hands, transit speed is outside our control.

**📦 Lost or Damaged Packages**

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within **7 days of delivery** with:
- A clear photo of the item
- A photo of the packaging

We’ll work quickly to replace or refund your item.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:
- First, check with neighbors or your local post office
- If still not found, contact us at **[your-email@example.com]**

We’ll do our best to help you file a claim or resolve the issue.
