We stand behind the quality of every TattRak product. Please review our policy below before placing your order.

**🛠 Damaged or Defective Items**

If your item arrives **damaged or defective**, we’ll gladly offer a **replacement or refund**.

To qualify:
- Report the issue within **7 days of delivery**
- Include **clear photos** of the item and original packaging
- Email us at **info.tattrak@gmail.com**

Once approved, we’ll cover the cost of the replacement or refund.

**🧩 3D Printed Products**

All TattRak items are **3D printed to order** and may be customized based on your selected configuration. Because of this:

- Non-damaged items are considered **final sale**
- We do **not** accept returns or refunds for:
  - Change of mind
  - Fit issues with unsupported bottle types
  - Color preferences after ordering

**🚚 Shipping Costs**

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged.

If a return is approved, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

**🎨 Custom & Limited Edition Items**

Items marked as **custom**, **limited run**, or part of a **collaboration** are **final sale** unless they arrive damaged.
