Tattrak is committed to maintaining a premium brand presence and protecting fair margins for all authorized partners. This Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy applies to all resellers of Tattrak products.

MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICES

All MAP pricing should align with any Tattrak listed retail or MSRP provided by the website.

WHERE MAP APPLIES

MAP applies to all advertised pricing, including:

• Online stores
• Marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc.)
• Social media posts
• Email marketing
• Digital advertisements
• Printed catalogs or flyers

MAP does not regulate in-store point-of-sale pricing.

BRAND STANDARDS

Authorized resellers agree to:

• Represent Tattrak products accurately
• Maintain professional presentation standards
• Not misrepresent product function or compatibility
• Avoid deceptive pricing or bundle manipulation to bypass MAP

ENFORCEMENT

Tattrak reserves the right to:

• Issue written warnings for MAP violations
• Suspend wholesale pricing access
• Terminate reseller authorization for repeated violations

Enforcement is applied at Tattrak’s sole discretion to protect brand integrity and partner fairness.
